Thirst for knowledge has been spoken of as the last infirmity of noble minds. Great minds can give up all but not their yearning for knowledge. When the ruling and the ruled both have the same feelings and the same thirst for knowledge, it gives birth to a strong desire, which ultimately culminates in the formation of great institutions.
The Lady Lamp College of Nursing & Health science is the first academic unit in District Dir (lower) and established in 2017.
The College offers various Nursing programs at undergraduate and graduate level to students coming from varied ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds of Pakistan. The reputation of Lady Lamp College of Nursing and Health Sciences has grown nationally and internationally owing to the competency, critical thinking and knowledge of the graduates.
