About QEC
Quality Enhancement Cell of Lady Lamp College of Nursing and Health Sciences was established in 2022 under the umbrella Quality Enhancement Cell of Khyber Medical University . After completion of project period LLCNHS took over the Quality Enhancement Cell on its regular budget as one of its permanent departments.
The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at Lady Lamp College of Nursing and Health Sciences aims to improve educational standards by evaluating policies and programs, ensuring alignment with national and international benchmarks. Through progressive practices, the QEC has steadily enhanced its performance over time.
PROGRAM VISION & MISSION
Each program must have a mission, measurable objectives and expected outcomes for graduates. Outcomes include competency and tasks graduates are expected to perform after completing the program. A strategic plan must be in place to achieve the program objectives. The extent to which these objectives are achieved through continuous assessment and improvements must be demonstrated.
Function of QEC
The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at Lady Lamp College of Nursing and Health Sciences ensures high educational standards by evaluating academic programs, monitoring quality, and recommending improvements. It promotes a culture of continuous improvement, ensures compliance with accreditation standards, gathers feedback for better decision-making, and supports faculty development through training.
